ISLAMABAD :  Parliamentary Secretary for Commerce, Dr. Zulfiqar Ali Bhatti has asked Power Division to consider, Iftikhar Ahmed Bhatti for appointment as Chief Law Officer (CLO) of Independent System and Market Operator (ISMO), a newly created body of CPPA-G and NPCC.

 In a letter to Secretary Power Division, Mr. Bhatti said that he is forwarding the CV of  Iftikhar Ahmed, Law Officer District Administration Rawalpindi and Advocate High Court permanent voter member of the District Bar Association and life voter member of District  Bar Association Rawalpindi.

According to the letter, he has been already worked in so many provincial and federal government departments, he knows very well about the department proceedings and others work  as well as High Court and District Court.

 He further stated that the   case of  Iftikhar Bhatti is  already pending before the ISMO after completion of all codal formalities.

 Dr. Zulfiqar Bhatti claims that the applicant  has fulfilled the criteria  of the post which has been created in the ISMO.

 ” The case of the applicant is strongly recommended as the applicant is my first cousin and application may  be considered. l will be highly appreciated if the case is considered positively at the earliest,”  said the Parliamentary Secretary on Commerce. Ends
